The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) is proud to welcome new members to its entities.
We are delighted to announce that the Netherlands Council for the Judiciary has joined the EGPA as a new member. The Council is an independent administrative body that ensures the quality of justice in the Netherlands. Its inclusion in the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) highlights the importance of the judiciary as an administrative body and its critical role in public administration.
Moreover, the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) has added two new members to its network. Dr. Xolisile Ngumbela from South Africa has joined as an individual member, bringing his expertise in public administration to the organization. Dr. Ngumbela is a renowned expert who has contributed significantly to the field of public administration in South Africa. Additionally, the School of Management & Public Administration (SMPA) in Somalia has also joined IASIA as a new member. The inclusion of SMPA highlights the importance of education and training in public administration in developing countries. SMPA is committed to providing quality education and research in public administration in Somalia.
We are also pleased to announce that the University of Zaragoza has joined IIAS as a new member. The University of Zaragoza is the public university of Aragon, Spain. Rooted in its society and committed to its development, it stands as a creator of culture, promoter of thought, and driver of economic progress. The institution is committed to advancing the knowledge society, assuming a leading and anticipatory role, and offering the development and application of the most advanced ideas and techniques in science, technology, and humanities.
